Meet Tom & Harriet Culy

We love our work so much we’re literally married to it. As well as being husband and wife, proud parents of Tui and Ruby, and happy residents of Island Bay, we are part-owners of Lowe & Co. It is Wellington’s most progressive agency and we are among its top performing agents. Our close relationship, complementary skills and years of experience guarantee clients a level of service and expertise that’s second-to-none. Testament to this is the fact that repeat business and referrals account for more than half of our sales! We pride ourselves on being honest, hard-working and hard to beat.

Our Team

Tom Culy

I have been a consistently top-selling agent since 2008 but my love of real estate is virtually lifelong. I grew up in a suburb renowned for its character homes, Mount Victoria, and as a qualified builder I used to renovate my own houses. This hands-on knowledge and experience inspired me to sell other people’s homes with the same passion — one that I can balance with both practicality and professionalism.

I have built up a large, diverse network of clients by successfully marketing houses, apartments and investment properties Wellington-wide. Whether buying or selling, you can have confidence in me when making your next real estate move.

Harriet Culy

With two young children, a background in childcare and a love of community, my focus is on client care. Having grown up on a farm, I know real estate means more than just having a roof over your head. It’s often our biggest asset — and one that can have a huge impact on the quality of our lives. That’s why I work tirelessly to optimise a home’s presentation to buyers, update sellers on every step of the process so they feel assured and comfortable with the progress, and negotiate every sale as if it was my own home I was selling.

I will always advocate for my vendors’ best interests while helping buyers to make the best
choices.

Kiarra Adajar

I’ve been a property coordinator at Lowe & Co Realty for the past three years, working alongside Tom and Harriet Culy. My role is all about making sure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, from managing listings to coordinating with vendors, buyers, and sellers. I thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the variety that comes with working in real estate. Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for helping clients navigate the property market with confidence.

My goal is to ensure every transaction is as seamless as possible, and I’m committed to delivering the highest level of service. Real estate is a dynamic industry, and I’m excited to keep growing alongside the amazing team at Lowe & Co.

Kylie Lyne

Being a highly motivated person Kylie thrives on being able to facilitate great results for her clients. Kylie is energetic, professional and honest in her approach to her business which gives her clients confidence when buying and selling property.

Passionate in applying her skills to Real Estate, Kylie has a strong foundation of principles that she operates from in all her personal and professional relationships. Great strategy, communication, and marketing

We loved Tom and Harriet's strategy, from how the place was marketed, the professional photos, through to the pricing strategy. They communicated really well throughout the process, and ran multiple open homes to drive optimum foot traffic. We always felt they had our best interests at heart and prioritised our property sale.
